We no longer search for the perfect cardboard box

Hooray for not having to find a cardboard box for two! Plus another one for all the animals...

We officially have a place to live.

We sign all the official paperwork and get our keys to move in this Saturday! I will not go into all the details about finding a place to live in the area... Suffice it to say that every apartment we found was income restricted, subsidized, and had a 6 month - 1 year waiting list! We were told that the best way to find a place was to wait Tuesday night at 7:00 where they drop off the local classifieds with a phone in hand ready to call people... It was stressful to say the least!

But we got a lucky with an unexpected opening popping up! We are living in a duplex in Prosser, WA. It's a cute little 2 bedroom place and is really a nice home. We have our own little bit of grass and can't wait to be living in a place where we only have 1 neighbor! We went inside obviously, but didn't take any pictures. Here are a few we snagged of the outside. Enjoy!

And... a HUGE thanks for Ray and Reva in their support in this, and to Dad and Kerry for helping us move! We love you!

PS we will eventually get caught up on blogs of our adventures over the past month, once things settle a little more... As a teaser, we've been to 2 zoos, taken a hike with Kathy and Amanda, and more!
